Shipping policy

At Aneralife, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping — United States We ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping rates for US orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Customs & Duties (US Orders) US orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Aneralife is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@aneralife.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue, though Aneralife is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
